The Department of Education (DepED) wants to make sure that every Filipino youth has the opportunity to get an education through a recently launched strategic framework. This program is called Education within reach where free but high quality education will be offered to Filipino Out-of-School Youth (OSY) second is the reintegration of OSY graduates who have returned to their studies, whether formal or alternatively including TESDA courses.
The local government plays a very important role here because they maintain OSY database data in their area. They also need to encourage young people who are almost 15 years old to return to school. Affordable Learning is part of the Alternative Learning program I think System (ALS) through non-formal education where not only DepEDs nor LGU's have the role of studying Sexual Equality schools under this program.
In addition to face-to-face lessons, there are home study opportunities for children to learn so that they can spend more time doing the lessons. However, children still need personal interaction with their teacher for a month to come up with a clear conceptual framework.
